Sand Tarts

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), blanched
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

1. Set out sandbakkelse molds and cookie sheets.
2. Measure flour and set aside.
3. Chop almonds very finely and set aside.
4. Cream butter and almond extract together until butter is softened.
5. Add sugar gradually, creaming just until blended.
6. Blend
