Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Half and half 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baked tart shells/Commercial 24 (1 Inch)
Directions

Combine cheese, half-and-half, mustard, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in top of double boiler; heat over hot water, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts.
Spoon into tart shells; allow standing 10 minutes before serving.
