Mini Fruit Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (From Concentrate)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared tart size crusts 24 (3 Inches)
  Assorted fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas, Raspberries, Orange Segments, Cherries, Kiwifruit, Grapes, Pineapple, Etc.)
  Apple jelly 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in ReaLemon® and vanilla.
Spoon equal portions into crusts.
Top with fruit; brush with jelly.
Chill thoroughly.

I made this for a "Tea" we had at church--I was in a hurry as usual and did not read directions. Beat cheese & milk together--It turned out just fine. Great recipe!!
