|Strawberries||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared nondairy whipped topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Clean the strawberries and then slice them in half lengthwise.
Combine apple juice and gelatin in saucepan.
Allow gelatin to soften for 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool and thicken.
Divide the strawberries evenly between the six tart shells.
Pour gelatin over the top.
Chill until firm.
Divide the nondairy whipped topping evenly among the strawberry tarts.
