|Apple||4 Cup (64 tbs), peeled thin|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
Put the apple slices into a large non-stick pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
When the apple slices are soft, add the remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
