Peanut Butter Tarts
|Peanut butter chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant chocolate pudding mix||3 9⁄10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Graham cracker tart shells||6 (1 Package)|
|Whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sprinkles/Halloween candies/cake decorations||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt chips with oil, stirring until smooth.
Remove top pan from water and cool for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk pudding and milk until thick.
Fold in peanut butter mixture.
Spoon into tart shells.
Chill for 15 minutes.
Top with a dollop of whipped topping and decorate as desired.
