Cream Cheese And Yogurt Tart

Ingredients
  Rich butter crust 1
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Apricots 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Strawberries 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Mint leaves 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Prepare and bake Rich Butter Crust; set aside.
In small bowl of electric mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add yogurt and vanilla; beat until combined.
Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared crust.
Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours.
Garnish with sliced apricots, strawberries and mint, if desired.
