Cream Cheese And Yogurt Tart
|Rich butter crust||1|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apricots||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Strawberries||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Mint leaves||4 (For Garnish)|
Prepare and bake Rich Butter Crust; set aside.
In small bowl of electric mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add yogurt and vanilla; beat until combined.
Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared crust.
Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours.
Garnish with sliced apricots, strawberries and mint, if desired.
