Low Calorie Strawberry Tarts

|Reconstituted nonfat dry milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Imitation strawberry extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red food coloring||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie dessert topping mix||2 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope From A 2 1/2 Ounce Package)|
|Petal meringue shells||8|
|Sliced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quartered seedless green grapes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Prepare pudding, using the 2 cups reconstituted milk, according to package directions.
Stir in extract and food coloring.
Cover surface with waxed paper; cool to room temperature.
Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions; fold into pudding.
At serving time, spoon pudding mixture into Petal Meringue Shells.
Top with strawberry slices, grapes, and meringue stars.
