Goat Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 6 Ounce
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Chopped mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sun dried tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried leaf basil 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pastry 1 (For Single Crust 9 Inch Pie)
  Goat cheese/Feta cheese 4 Ounce
  Pitted ripe olives 2 Tablespoon, halved / quartered (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brown ground beef in medium skillet.
Drain.
Add onions and mushrooms; cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, sour cream, basil and Worcestershire sauce; set aside.
Roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut into 2-inch rounds.
Press rounds into mini muffin cups.
Fill with ground beef mixture; top with cheese and olives.
Bake 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
