Goat Cheese Tarts
|Lean ground beef||6 Ounce|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Chopped mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sun dried tomatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried leaf basil||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pastry||1 (For Single Crust 9 Inch Pie)|
|Goat cheese/Feta cheese||4 Ounce|
|Pitted ripe olives||2 Tablespoon, halved / quartered (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brown ground beef in medium skillet.
Add onions and mushrooms; cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, sour cream, basil and Worcestershire sauce; set aside.
Roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut into 2-inch rounds.
Press rounds into mini muffin cups.
Fill with ground beef mixture; top with cheese and olives.
Bake 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
