St Louis Apple Tart is a very easy to make recipe. St Louis Apple Tart get its taste from pie crust filled with custard and apples. St Louis Apple Tart is loved by many people around the world.
Ingredients
  9 inch pie crust 1
  Custard 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Apples 1 , peeled and finely sliced
  Apricot glaze 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Line a pie pan with crust.
Set aside.
Spread custard into crust.
Arrange concentric circles of apples over custard.
Bake in oven 30 minutes or so.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Cover with apricot glaze.
