Chocolate Glazed Pear Tart has a divine taste. Chocolate Glazed Pear Tart gets its taste from marmalade mixed with cream and flavored with dark chocolate. Chocolate Glazed Pear Tart is inspired by many food joints around the world.
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fresh pear 10 , peeled, cored, halved lengthwise
  Marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  9 inch pie crust 1 , baked
  Dark semisweet chocolate 10 Ounce
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

In a saucepan,over high heat, bring to a boil water and sugar.
Add pears.
Over low heat, cook 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 1 hour.
Spread marmalade into crust.
Arrange concentric circles of pears over marmalade.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Fold in butter and cream.
Warm a little.
Drizzle over pears.
