Rich Butter Tarts
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Currants||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly, add beaten eggs and currants.
Line tart tins with uncooked pastry, partially fill with mixture.
Bake in hot oven for about ten minutes, lower heat and cook until done. (About twenty minutes altogether).
