|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant butterscotch pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Peanut brittle||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crushed|
|Graham cracker tart shells||4|
In mixer bowl blend milk into sour cream; add pudding mix.
Beat on low speed of electric mixer about 2 minutes or till well blended.
Fold in 1/4 cup of the peanut brittle.
Pour into tart shells.
Sprinkle with remaining peanut brittle.
Chill in freezer 30 minutes.
