|Soft cake crumbs||3 Ounce|
Line patty tins with pastry and add a little marmalade.
Cream butter and marmalade, gradually beat in egg and crumbs.
Put mixture into tart cases and bake for 15-20 minutes in the centre of a moderately hot oven (400°F. gas Mark 5).
If desired, top with a little icing, made by combining icing sugar with enough orange juice to give spreading consistency.
