|Golden syrup||2 Tablespoon (Large Spoonful)|
|Marmalade||2 Tablespoon (Large Spoonful)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Make the short crust, line tin or pie plate and bake blind for 10 minutes in a hot oven.
Remove paper and contents, and cool pastry case slightly.
Warm marmalade and syrup, and mix together with beaten egg and lemon juice.
Put into the case and cook in a moderate oven for about 20-25 minutes.
