These dainty tarts are mixed fruit tarts made with pineapples and strawberries. Combined with rhubarb sauce and set in baked tart shells, the dainty tarts are garnished with pineapple wedges and strawberries for a fruity dessert delight!
|Sweetened rhubarb sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Strawberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Tart shells||8 Small, baked|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
1.In a bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
2.Pile into tart shells, cover with whipped cream and garnish with pineapple wedges and whole strawberries.
