Sweet Tart Kraut

|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Sauerkraut||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained and snipped|
|Pimientos||4 Ounce, drained and dried (1 Jar/ 1 Can)|
Heat the butter in a large skillet.
Mix in the onion and garlic and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add sauerkraut, a blend of sugar, salt, and pepper, and the pimiento; toss until well mixed.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
