|Golden syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1 Pinch|
|Peppermint extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine sugar, syrup and honey in saucepan; cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.
Add cream of tartar; bring to a boil.
Boil for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla, butter and peppermint extract; return to a boil.
Pour into but- tered pan; let cook until abte to handle.
Pull until smooth; cut into cushions.
