Vertical tacos is a traditional Mexican dish made with tortillas stuffed and folded. Tacos can have any type of filling, it may be meat, vegetables or even vegan like Kim Shield shows us in the video. Kim uses all the vegan ingredients to make it an authentic vegan food.
50 Gram (1/5 Package, Taco Textured)
Vegetarian refried beans
2 Ounce (2 Heaped Tablespoons)
1 Ounce (1 Heaped Tablespoon)
Vegan sour cream
1.In a small sauce pan heat taco protein, black beans, and refried beans on a low heat.
2. Mix together in a pan, add hot sauce and salsa if you like.
3. Take pan off the heat and spoon bean/protein mixture onto tortilla
4. Add guacamole, sour cream, and salsa to your liking, and serve.
