Chicken Taco Pie
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Enchilada sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Corn chips||11 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated longhorn cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Boil chicken for 1 hour.
Retain 1 cup broth.
Remove bones and cut chicken into pieces.
Combine chicken, enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, onion and garlic salt.
Grease 11 x 7 inch dish and line with corn chips.
Add chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with corn chips.
Pour chicken broth over mixture.
Bake in 350-degree oven 30 minutes to 1 hour.
