Chicken Taco Pie

Chicken Taco Pie is a delicious chicken pie that I almost always prepare for my children's birthday party. This brilliant Chicken Taco Pie recipe has never let me down. Try it!
Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Enchilada sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Corn chips 11 Ounce (1 Package)
  Grated longhorn cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Boil chicken for 1 hour.
Retain 1 cup broth.
Remove bones and cut chicken into pieces.
Combine chicken, enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, onion and garlic salt.
Grease 11 x 7 inch dish and line with corn chips.
Add chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with corn chips.
Pour chicken broth over mixture.
Bake in 350-degree oven 30 minutes to 1 hour.
