Tacos

Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Beef mince 1 Kilogram
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Taco seasoning mix 35 Gram
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Taco shells 6
Directions

Cook mince and onion together in a large bowl for 8-10 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.
Drain well.
Stir in Taco Seasoning, water, tomato paste and chili powder to taste.
Cook for 5-6 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.
Warm 6 taco shells for 30 seconds on HIGH.
Spoon mince into taco shells.
Top with shredded lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Serve with guacamole and sour cream.
