|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Lettuce head||1 Small, torn into bite size pieces|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, chopped|
|Sliced black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , finely sliced|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Crumble ground beef into 2-quart micro-proof casserole.
Add onion, green pepper, jalapeflo peppers, and chili powder.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 4 minutes, stirring once to break up beef.
Drain and set aside.
Stir taco seasoning mix and cream cheese together in small microproof bowl.
Cook on 50, 1 minute.
Spread evenly on 10-inch serving platter.
Arrange lettuce on top of cream cheese mixture.
Spoon meat mixture over center of lettuce.
Arrange tomatoes, olives, and green onions around meat.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Serve with corn chip rounds.
