1 Cut the zucchini into cubes.
2 In a microwave safe bowl, combine the zucchini with spinach leaves and cover with a plastic wrap.
3 Place the bowl in the microwave for one minute.
4 In a pan, place the tortillas to heat them.
5 Meanwhile, chop the onion, cilantro, and cut the lime into quarters.
6 Remove the tortillas from the pan.
7 Remove the vegetables from the microwave.
8 On a serving dish, place the warmed tortillas and spoon the zucchini and spinach mixture in the center dividing equally.
9 Add onion and cilantro to the tortillas.
10 Add some crumbled feta cheese on top and sprinkle the lime juice.
11 To finish the dish, add a dash of taco sauce.
