Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Ground chicken 2 Pound
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Jalapeno peppers 2 , minced
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn tortillas 6 (adjust quantity as needed)
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Avocado 1 , peeled and chopped
  Vegetarian chili 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet warm olive oil.
2. Add onions and garlic. Saute 2-3 minutes till they are soft enough.
3. Add chicken and saute till it turns brown.
4. Add peppers, tomato sauce and spices. Simmer 10 minutes.
5. Check and adjust seasonings.
6. Pour the taco mixture just over corn tortilla.
7. Top with avocado and tomato.

SERVING
8. Serve chicken tacos with vegetarian chili.
