Mexican Taco Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Corn chips 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed to make 1/2 cup
  Hamburger buns 12 , split and toasted
  Shredded lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 , diced
  Shredded natural cheddar cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Taco sauce 1 Ounce (Use As Needed)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, saute onion and beef until onion is tender and meat is browned.
2. Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt; simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Fold in corn chips.

FINALISING
4. Onto toasted bun halves, immediately spoon mixture and top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
5. Cover with bun tops.

SERVING
6. Serve Mexi Taco Sandwiches with taco sauce.
