Pizza Flavored Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  Ground chicken 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Taco shells 12 , heated
  Lettuce 2 Ounce (For Garnish)
  Mozzarella cheese 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a nonstick frying pan over medium high temperature, place ground chicken and cook for about 5 minutes stirring continuously until brown.
2) Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic; cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.
3) Sprinkle with flour, salt, basil, oregano and pepper.
4) Stir in tomato sauce and water; bring it to a boil.
5) Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered and cook for about 15 minutes.

FINALIZING
6) Spoon sauce in warm taco shells, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses; add tomato, lettuce, onion and olives.

SERVE
7) Serve hot.
