Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Coarsely diced cooked chicken/Coarsely diced ham / beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Taco sauce 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fully cooked taco shells 12
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 Ounce
  Chopped fresh tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a casserole, cook onion and butter for about 3 minutes.
Add chicken, taco sauce, salt, and garlic salt.
Cover with a paper towel.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
Spoon filling into taco shells.
Place tacos to stand upright in a glass dish.
Cook, covered with wax paper, 2 minutes, or until tacos are piping hot.
Serve with cheese, onion, and tomato in separate dishes to sprinkle as desired.
