Tato Taco Casserole

Ingredients
  Mashed potato flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hungry Jack)
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Taco sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Large)
  Slightly crushed tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine crust ingredients.
Press into 1-1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in taco sauce; heat through.
Combine meat mixture and cheese; spread over baked crust.
Arrange lettuce and tomato on top of beef mixture around outside edge.
Sprinkle tortilla chips over lettuce and tomato.
Serve with additional taco sauce if desired.
