Beef Tacos

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green chilies 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Dash
  Garlic clove 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Chopped avocado 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Taco shells 2
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Crumble ground beef into 2-cup measure [4-cup measure].
Cover loosely and microwave on high (550 watts) until very little pink remains, 1 to 1 1/4 min [1 1/2 to 2 min]; break up and drain.
Stir in onion, chilies, salt, cumin and garlic.
Microwave uncovered until hot and onion is cooked, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Toss avocado and lemon juice; stir avocado and tomato into beef mixture.
Spoon into taco shells.
Top with sour cream and cheese.
