Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  Taco shells 12 , warmed
  Lettuce leaves 8 , shredded
  Pepper red 1 , thinly sliced (Capsicum)
  Tasty cheese 4 Ounce, grated (Mature Cheddar, 125 Gram)
  Avocado 1 , stoned, peeled and sliced
  Sour cream 4 Ounce (1/2 Cup, 125 Gram)
For chicken filling
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Onions spring 2 , chopped
  Tomatoes 3 , chopped
  Cooked chicken 2 Pound, skin removed and flesh shredded (1 Kilogram)
  Taco seasoning mix 2 Tablespoon
  Bottled tomato salsa 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. To make filling, heat oil in a frying pan, add onion, spring onions and tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes. Add chicken, taco seasoning mix and salsa and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
2. Spoon filling into taco shells and top with lettuce, red pepper, cheese, avocado and sour cream.
