How To Make Baja Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos make for a great party treat. Season your tacos with ingredients like cumin, garlic and coriander and enjoy the great taste.   Tilapia 1 Pound, cut into equal slices (or any other fish)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 3 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, grounded
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, grounded
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt To Taste
  Flour tortillas 8 , lightly grilled

1. Preheat the grill to medium high.

2. In a small bowl add in the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic and salt.
3. Using a brush coat the fish with the marinate.
4. Place the fish in a grilling basket cook for 2 minutes on direct heat.
5. Flip the fish and cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
6. Place the flour tortillas over the grill and toast for 30 seconds per side.

7. Top the tortillas with lettuce, fish and pico de gallo
