Easy Taco Dinner
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tortilla chips||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Head of lettuce||1⁄2 , shredded|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, chopped|
|Canned sliced ripe olives||2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese/Shredded monterey jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix and water.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture onto chips.
Top with remaining ingredients.
