Spicy Mexican Tacos
|Ground chuck beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In 2-qt casserole break up ground beef in very small chunks.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
Microwave at High (10) 6 to 7 Minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, chili powder and salt.
Microwave at High (10) 5 to 6 Minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
Use meat to fill prebaked, packaged taco shells, filling about half full.
Finish tacos by topping with 2 or more of the following: shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes and chopped onions.
Add hot sauce if desired.
