Jack & Cheddar Tacos
|Frozen mexican beef mix||16 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Container)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese/Shredded cheddar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place 2 tablespoons beef mix in each taco shell.
Arrange shells upright in paper towel-lined 8 x 8-in baking dish.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese inside each shell.
Microwave at 70% (Medium-High) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating dish after half the time.
Sprinkle with one or all of the toppings.
