|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Tablespoon, shredded|
|Lettuce||4 Ounce, shredded|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Tomato||1 , chopped|
1. Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid.
2. Microwave for 5 minutes on HIGH; drain. Stir in seasonings and water and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes on HIGH, or until meat is well done.
3. Fill each taco shell with about 2 heaping tablespoons of meat filling. Top with remaining ingredients.
