Soft Shell Chicken Tacos

  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 3⁄4 Pound
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Canned stewed tomatoes 8 Ounce
  Salsa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Green onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Flour tortillas 8 , warmed (7 Inch)
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped
  Sargento 4 Ounce (1 Cup)

Place chicken in one layer in skillet; season with cumin.
Pour tomatoes and salsa over chicken.
Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning once.
Remove chicken; save liquid in skillet.
Cool and shred chicken; add to skillet with gre
