Quick Taco Skillet
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned tomato wedges||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Canned beef broth||13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Avocado||1 , sliced (For Garnish)|
|Taco chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)|
In a large skillet, brown beef; drain.
Stir in rice, tomato wedges with liquid, beef broth, onion, salt and chili powder.
Bring to a vigorous boil.
Simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
