Tacos With Meat

Ingredients
  Taco shells/Packaged taco shells 12
  Ground beef/Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped and drained
  Shredded lettuce 1
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Canned taco sauce/Salsa de chile rojo 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet lined with paper toweling.
Warm in a 250° oven while preparing meat mixture.
In skillet cook beef or pork, onion, and garlic till meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Season meat mixture with chili powder and salt.
Stuff each of the taco shells with some of the meat mixture, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese; pass taco sauce.
