Chicken And Black Bean Soft Tacos
|Soft taco dinner kit||410 Gram (Flour Tortillas, Taco Seasoning Mix And Taco Sauce, 1 Package)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves||1 Pound, cut into strips (3 To 4)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned black beans||15 Ounce, drained (1 3/4 Cups, 1 Can)|
|Whole kernel corn||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and onion; cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Stir in taco seasoning mix, beans, corn, water and lime juice.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
REMOVE tortillas from outer plastic pouch.
Microwave on HIGH(100%) power for10 to 15 seconds or until warm.
Or heat each tortilla, turning frequently, in small skillet over medium-high heat until warm.
FILL tortillas with 1/2 cup chicken mixture and taco sauce.
