|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peeled green peppers||2 , cooked for short while|
|Chopped chicken/Beef||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
Saute the onions in butter until golden brown; add the tomato juice, green peppers (cooked), chicken or beef, thyme, and salt.
Simmer all for a few minutes, or until mixture is not moist.
Place a spoonful of mixture in the center of each tortilla, roll each, and pin with toothpick.
Fry in deep hot cooking oil until crisp brown.
Stack tacos on hot platter.
Pour Guacamole (Avocado) Sauce over all.
