Taco Popcorn Snack
|Unpopped popcorn||2 Tablespoon|
|Bite size shredded wheat biscuits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Round toasted oat cereal||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Pop the popcorn in a heavy skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat, using no oil.
Be sure to cover pan and shake constantly until all the corn is popped.
Combine popped corn and cereals in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Heat in a 300Â° oven about 5 minutes or till cereal is warm.
Remove from oven.
Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over cereal mixture, mixing well
