Taco Appetizer

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 , peeled
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 1⁄2 , chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Tomatoes 1 , chopped
  Canned pitted olives 6 Ounce, sliced (1 Can)
  Cheddar cheese 6 Ounce, shredded (1 Package)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender or a food processor, blend together avocado, cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice, until smooth.
2) In an 8-inch pie plate, spread mixture.
3) Make the layers of lettuce, onion, tomatoes, olives and cheese, over the avocado mixture.
4) Place the pie plate in refrigerator for serving.

SERVING
5) Serve cold with desired bread or pita bread.
