  Chopped tomato 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Low calorie italian salad dressing 3 Tablespoon (No More Than 8 Calories Per Tablespoon)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Taco shells 8
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Shredded low calorie process cheese product 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Taco sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cook beef, onion, chili peppers, and garlic till beef is browned; drain.
Stir in chili powder and salt, Combine tomato, salad dressing, and seasoned salt, Spoon beef mixture into taco shells; top with tomato mixture, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese, Pass taco sauce.
