|Non stick spray||1|
|Taco seasoning||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mild green chiles||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Refrigerator biscuits||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown meat in a skillet; drain fat.
Add 3-6 ounces of water and the taco seasoning to the meat.
Add green chiles and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook until the water is absorbed, 3-5 minutes.
While the meat is cooking, separate biscuits and roll out each one to fit in a muffin pan.
Fill up each biscuit with a portion of meat and top with the cheese.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
Remove and allow to cool.
Top with salsa or other toppings, if desired.
