Tacos With Italian Dressing
|Ground round beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Picante sauce||8 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Brown meat in skillet.
Add onion, tomato and picante sauce.
Simmer until mixture has cooked down, approximately 30 minutes.
Add cheese and toss mixture.
Warm taco shells and spoon half full with meat mixture.
Fill the rest of shell with lettuce-tomato salad, mixed with Italian dressing.
