Tacos In Pasta Shells
|Ground beef||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, cubed and softened (1 Package With Chives)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Uncooked pasta shells||18 , cooked drained, rinsed|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Prepared taco sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Tortilla chips||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.
Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture.
Arrange shells in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour taco sauce over each shell.
Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated 350°F.oven 15 minutes.
Uncover; top with Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and chips.
Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.
Top with sour cream and onions.
Garnish with lettuce, olives and tomatoes.
