Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, cubed and softened (1 Package With Chives)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Uncooked pasta shells 18 , cooked drained, rinsed
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Prepared taco sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Tortilla chips 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 3 , chopped
Directions

Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.
Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture.
Arrange shells in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour taco sauce over each shell.
Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated 350°F.oven 15 minutes.
Uncover; top with Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and chips.
Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.
Top with sour cream and onions.
Garnish with lettuce, olives and tomatoes.
