Ingredients
  Retried beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 , diced
  Lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Teaspoon, grated
  Salsa 8 Teaspoon
  Corn tortillas 8
Directions

1. Prepare all ingredients except tortillas.
2. Heat corn tortillas quickly in a dry, nonstick frying pan. If desired, spray pan with vegetable spray first.
3. Layer ingredients into folded tortilla beginning with refried beans. Repeat for each remaining tortilla.
