Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 5 Ounce
  Sugar syrup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the chocolate, sugar syrup, and salt in a saucepan.
Stir in the hot water.
Simmer 4 to 6 minutes, stirring until thick and smooth.
Cool.
Stir in extract.
Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator.
