An easy to make Sugar Syrup. One of the important ingredient in many desserts, this is also a very popluar Indian recipe. Please try it and let me know how this Sugar Syrup recipe turns out for you.
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)

In a saucepan, heat water and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Simmer 1 minute without stirring.
Pour into a screw top bottle to use as needed for drinks or to sweeten berries or fruit.
