Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 1
Directions

Combine the water, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat.
